Company's new Husqvarna Brand marketing campaign, "Master Your Great
Outdoors(TM)." The campaign, based upon consumer insights, is designed to
engage landowners and homeowners that desire professionally proven outdoor
power equipment for their outdoor projects.

The program will educate consumers and help drive traffic to Husqvarna
Total Source servicing dealers across the country via a comprehensive
integrated marketing campaign that includes:
