Apartment Investment and Management Company Declares Quarterly Dividend on Class A Common Stock

DENVER, April 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Apartment Investment and
Management Company ("Aimco") (NYSE: AIV) announced today that its Board of
Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.60 per share on its
Class A Common Stock for the quarter ended March 31, 2008. The dividend is
payable on May 30, 2008 to shareholders of record on May 16, 2008.
