Oschin to Assume Lead Role in Company's Securities Expansion

LOS ANGELES, May 5 /PRNewswire/ -- SCI Real Estate Investments, LLC has
hired prominent securities and tenant-in-common industries executive,
Daniel Oschin to serve as President of SCI Capital Group, an affiliate of
SCI Real Estate Investments, LLC. Mr. Oschin's primary responsibility will
be to expand and diversify the company's sources of investment capital,
range of products and services and brand development. In his new role
Daniel will become a principal at SCI and will also serve as the Managing
Director of SCI Real Estate Investments, LLC.

Mr. Oschin has led a prestigious career in the commercial real estate
industry. His personal ownership and experience incorporates the
development, acquisition, property and asset management, redevelopment,
divestment and syndication of more than $500 million in commercial property
investments, covering all primary asset classes. He has also been
responsible for equity procurement resulting in more than billion in
securitized real estate investments since 2005.
