Robert S. McFarland, MIRM Joins The Concord Group as Principal

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., May 5 /PRNewswire/ -- The Concord Group, a
national real estate consulting firm, has announced the appointment of
Robert S. McFarland, MIRM as a Principal.

Based in the firm's Newport Beach office, McFarland will utilize his
three decades of industry experience advising lender, builder, and land
developer clients to enhance the firm's Southern California regional
presence.

Prior to joining The Concord Group, McFarland was a partner with Market
Watch Real Estate Advisors since 1999. He served as Senior Vice President
of Market Profiles, Inc., and held management positions with several of the
major homebuilding companies in Southern California as they matured
throughout the 1970s and 1980s. He has been a consultant to five of the top
ten homebuilding companies in the country, contributing to the successful
development of more than 20 master planned and mixed use communities.
