CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- K2C Real Estate Solutions has
come up with creative ways to stand out in a slowing real estate market.
One of these solutions is a $15,000 giveaway, which awards a cash prize to
a real estate broker for showing K2C's featured properties, Sheffingdell
and Reverdy End, both located in South Charlotte.
A check for $15,000 will be awarded to the real estate agent or broker
who conducts the most showings at K2C's Sheffingdell and Reverdy End
properties in 2008. The promotion started January 1, 2008 and continues
until December 31, 2008. To participate, brokers must register at the K2C
Real Estate Solutions office located at 7227 Pineville Matthews Road, Suite
300, in Charlotte, North Carolina. After registration, they will submit an
information card each time they show a property at either Sheffingdell or
Reverdy End. K2C will track the showings by broker or agent, and will
announce the winner of the $15,000 prize in January 2009.
"As real estate brokers ourselves, we know that a cash incentive for
doing your job is a no-brainer. We are certain that when agents and brokers
bring their customers to Reverdy End or Sheffingdell, the homes will sell
themselves. The $15,000 cash is just a nice icing on the cake," said Matt

exciting properties as possible," he concluded.
So far this year, the contest has yielded 97 showings at Reverdy End
and 120 at Sheffingdell. K2C Real Estate Solutions will present a check for
$15,000 to the winner on Friday, January 16, 2009.
