SCI Capital Group Hires Nicole Monlon to Expand National Accounts

LOS ANGELES, July 11 /PRNewswire/ -- SCI Real Estate Investments, LLC
announced today that Nicole Monlon has joined SCI Capital Group, an
affiliate of SCI Real Estate Investments, LLC, as Vice President of
National Accounts. Ms. Monlon's primary responsibility will be to expand
SCI Capital Group's broker/dealer distribution network, as well as
participate in the design and structure of its new programs.

firm's sales and marketing efforts as they relate to current offerings and
played a key role in initiating and maintaining their key business
relationships with national and regional broker/dealers.

Monlon is a graduate of the University of Southern California and holds
Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
