HOUSTON, Aug. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- As chairperson of the 16th Annual Craig
Biggio Sunshine Kids Celebrity Gala and Golf Classic, Prudential Gary
Greene, Realtors' Ann Woodroof, has big plans for this year's events.
Woodroof said that Craig Biggio and his wife, Patty, long-time
supporters of The Sunshine Kids Foundation, will host the events. In
looking forward to the fundraiser, Craig Biggio said, "In all our personal
and professional accomplishments, we have enjoyed no greater privilege than
to share some time with the Sunshine Kids."
The Craig Biggio Sunshine Kids Celebrity Gala will kick things off at
the Hilton Americas, on Saturday, August 23, 6:30 p.m., followed by the
Craig Biggio Sunshine Kids Celebrity Golf Classic on Monday, August 25,
7:30 a.m. at the Wildcat Golf Club.
For the Gala, Woodroof promises a grand evening, complete with a
fabulous dinner, dancing to the music of Big Otis, silent and live auctions
and numerous celebrities!

Closer, will be joining us for this important benefit for The Sunshine Kids
Foundation," said Woodroof. Familiar faces from The Closer at the Gala and
the Golf Classic will include Robert Gossett, Michael Paul Chan, Raymond
Cruz, Tony Dennison, Phillip Keene, Gina Revera, Andy Sacks, producer of
the show and G.W. Bailey, who also serves as executive director of The
Sunshine Kids Foundation. Bubba Gilliam, of Paper Moon and Blazing Saddles
fame, will also be on hand.
Established in 1982 in Houston, The Sunshine Kids Foundation is a
nonprofit organization committed to providing positive group activities and
emotional support for young cancer patients.
