Celebrity Dentist Spreads Joy by Putting 'Hollywood Smiles' in This Year's Celebrity Gift Bags, While Donating A 'Smile Makeover' to A Lucky Talented Unknown

Dr. Catrise Austin, the famed "VIP Smiles" dentist with a Who's Who of famous clients wants to help a talented unknown achieve a superstar smile by giving him or her the opportunity to win a complete free Smile Makeover! Her generosity was sparked by her upcoming participation in the celebrity "swag bags" and gifting suites for both the MTV Video Music Awards and Emmy Awards this September where she will be donating a luxurious $5,000 gift certificate towards cosmetic dentistry services to celebrity participants....now that's something to smile about!

New York, NY (PRWEB) August 22, 2007

What if Beyonce, Brad Pitt, Halle Berry, or even the legendary Elvis, all known for their beautiful, sensuous smiles, had in fact begun their careers with a mouth full of bad teeth? It's likely that this trait may have held back even such mega-talented performers! Well, Dr. Catrise Austin, the famed "VIP Smiles" dentist with a Who's Who of famous clients wants to help a talented unknown achieve a superstar smile by giving him or her the opportunity to win a complete free Smile Makeover! To do that, she is issuing a call to all record labels, artist management companies, modeling and talent agencies, and individual show business hopefuls, to submit a professional 8x10 headshot (along with any other close-up teeth-baring photos) as well as an essay telling Dr. Austin why that person deserves a smile makeover to help him or her reach the road to stardom and begin to climb the ladder of success.

The impetus for Dr. Austin's generosity came from her upcoming celebrity giveaways that will surely have every A-lister smiling. This September, Dr. Austin, founder of VIP Smiles, located in Manhattan, has partnered with DaVinci Dental Studios (as seen on ABC's "Extreme Makeover") to donate a luxurious $5,000 gift certificate towards cosmetic dentistry services in the coveted celebrity "swag" bags given out during the MTV Video Music Awards that will be held in Las Vegas on September 9th, followed by additional gifts of $5,000 for the same services at the September 16th Emmy Awards event, to be held in Los Angeles on Sept, 16th.

Says Dr. Austin: "The Emmy gift bags alone have a total value of $100,000! It's great that we thank celebrities in this way: they certainly deserve it! This year I'd like to provide a little balance, by helping an unknown make his or her mark with a more confident smile. In today's image-conscious society, a smile is one of the first things people notice about you. A beautiful smile can have a long-lasting positive impact on your life. That's especially true when it comes to career success in the entertainment industry. Whether that person is a singer, actor, comedian, dancer or model, that one improvement - a better smile - can add to your looks and your confidence, and be literally life-changing!"

If you are an aspiring superstar who would like to nominate yourself or if you would like to nominate an up-and comer, simply submit your entry with an essay stating "Why (Name) Deserves a VIP Smile Makeover" in 500 words or less. A professional 8x10 headshot is mandatory. If you have them, please include a current close up "smiling" photo of the candidate. Mail your complete entry to: Smile Makeover Contest, VIP Smiles, 119 W. 57th Street, Suite 512, New York, NY 10019. Incomplete entries will not be considered, and photos will not be returned. Deadline for all entries is Oct. 1st, 2007. Further information is available at www. vipsmiles. com.
