Crowe & Dunlevy Draws Nationally-Known Attorney to Oklahoma
New Director provides full-service antitrust representation on a national scale.

Crowe & Dunlevy (www. crowedunlevy. com) today announced the addition of Hart Holden as a Director of the firm in its business department.
Holden’s practice focuses on all types of antitrust counseling and litigation, and involves numerous industries including energy, healthcare, industrial products, food products, retail/consumer goods, financial services, defense, and transportation.

Prior to joining Crowe & Dunlevy, Holden was a partner in the Washington, D. C. office of the global law firm of Clifford Chance, where he headed the firm’s government antitrust practice in the United States, advised major companies on a full range of antitrust matters, including regulatory approvals for multi-billion dollar mergers and acquisitions.
Holden also has fourteen years of antitrust experience as an official with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), where he held a variety of positions, including most recently Deputy Assistant Director. While working with the FTC, Holden was also lead trial counsel on numerous successful antitrust cases involving many industries.
Holden's awards include an ABA Antitrust Section Chair’s Award, and “Superior Service” and “Outstanding Team” awards from the FTC. Additionally, Holden serves the legal community as a frequent lecturer and author on antitrust and litigation topics.
Holden graduated with Distinction from the University of Oklahoma (J. D. 1989) and received his undergraduate degree in economics from Westminster College (B. A. 1986)
Holden is a member of the Oklahoma, District of Columbia, American and International Bar Associations, in which he has served in various leadership roles.
Holden will be based in the firm’s Oklahoma City office. His wife, Alexandra and daughter, Katherine, join him in Oklahoma City.
