(PRWEB) December 9, 2004
January 4th, 2005, marks the first day of its kind when professionals in the field of hypnotism from various organizations around the world will be sharing their expertise while promoting the truths and benefits of hypnotism.
The intention is to remove the many myths and misconceptions surrounding hypnosis that make it seem like mind control. Empowered with this new information William hopes that individuals will be able to make informed decisions about whether or not they wish to use hypnosis to achieve their goals. One such myth is that hypnosis is sleep. ÂHypnosis is in fact a heightened state of awareness says William, Âyou are more aware in hypnosis than you are in your normal state. It is important to note that no one can be hypnotized against their will and no one can be forced to do things while in hypnosis which they do not want to do.Â
Hypnotism is a safe and powerful intervention for a variety of motivational, self-improvement and goal achieving situations. It is natural and free of side effects the results are long lasting and often permanent. The American Medical Association approved hypnosis as a viable medical practice in 1958
