Lexington Center for Recovery New Rochelle Clinic Relocates, Expands
Lexington Center for Recovery (LCR), one of the leading providers of alcohol and substance abuse treatment in the Hudson Valley, today announced that its New Rochelle clinic has moved. The move also marks a clinic expansion, which includes the relocation of the agency's Generations program, an outpatient day treatment program specifically designed to treat alcohol and substance abusing women who are pregnant or post-partum and their families, including their children up to four years of age. Case management services are designed to help families access entitlements and reduce the probability of foster care placement.

Lexington Center for Recovery (LCR), one of the leading providers of alcohol and substance abuse treatment in New York's Hudson Valley, today announced that its New Rochelle clinic has moved.
The move also marks a clinic expansion, which includes the relocation of the agency's Generations program, an outpatient day treatment program specifically designed to treat alcohol and substance abusing women who are pregnant or post-partum and their families, including their children up to four years of age. Case management services are designed to help families access entitlements and reduce the probability of foster care placement.
LCR's clinic staff now occupies 9,000-square-feet at 3 Cottage Place, which was newly built to suit. Its previous clinic measured nearly 7,700-square-feet. Joseph P. Day Realty Company owns the building, which is also home to a governmental agency. NAI Friedland Realty brokered the deal.
Clinic services, which are geared toward anyone in the community affected by alcohol and/or drug abuse, include comprehensive assessments; group and individual counseling; evening intensive treatment; day rehabilitation; educational group services for Latino clients; adolescent and intensive clinic services; and vocational services. Psychiatric services are provided as needed. Additional services include meditation; nutritional and health education and counseling; and daily meals.
"We hope that this expansion will further educate the community about the dangers and risks associated with alcohol and substance use," said Adrienne Marcus, Ph. D., executive director of Lexington Center for Recovery. "We encourage all individuals and families in the community to call on us for help in seeking a course for successful recovery."
