DIGIOP Technologies which recently recruited a team of industry veterans to retool and energize the company's customer care, product development, marketing and sales efforts has already made great strides toward accomplishing their goal.

DIGIOP Technologies which recently recruited a team of industry veterans to retool and energize the company's customer care, product development, marketing and sales efforts has already made great strides toward accomplishing their goal.
DIGIOP President Rich Mellott, who was selected by company owners to lead the effort of structuring the new direction with the help of a talented group of experts including Tim Marks, Bill Hobbs, Tim Taylor, Matt Alford, Jeff DeCocq, and Scott Kemp.

Mellott is responsible for the strategic direction, day-to-day operations, and growth of DIGIOP Technologies. He brings 18 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing, operations, sales and marketing, and technology design, of which 10 years have been in the video security industry. Immediately prior to joining DIGIOP, Rich was responsible for the direction of the digital video and software platforms for Integral Technologies (now part of Pelco).

Tim Marks is chartered with leading DIGIOP's agile software development team. He has 19 years of software development experience, including 11 years in the video software and security industry. Tim is also focused on the integration of DIGIOP video systems with data from diverse sources such as point of sale systems, electronic access control systems, HVAC, and video analytics engines. This integration allows customers to use the associated data to quickly find the desired video.
Bill Hobbs, a 30-year veteran of systems integration and digital video management industries, is responsible for the North American Sales efforts as well as the Customer Care team. Previously, Bill led sales for Integral Technologies and later IQinVision. He also brings a wealth of experience in the systems integration business after leading both sales and engineering for several large national integrators.
Tim Taylor manages the Eastern United States Region business and Matt Alford manages the Western U. S. Both Taylor and Alford bring strong sales experience with backgrounds in systems integration and digital video management.

Jeff DeCocq has been selected to lead the Customer Care group consisting of both product support, training, sales engineering and inside sales. He brings 12 years of IT and video surveillance management experience. Jeff's passions include enterprise Digital Video Management Systems, Video Analytics, network implications of digital video systems, and traveling the world providing quality solutions for his customers.

Scott Kemp, Director of Marketing is responsible for Marketing Communications, Product Management and the Technology Alliance Partnership Program. Scott has more than 10 years of Product Management / Marketing experience in the video security industry. Most recently, Scott was responsible for the video product line at Integral Technologies. Scott also worked for Lenel Systems International.
