Just who are these celebrity instructors? That’s the truly exciting part of the V equation. Founded in 1979, TheFIRM® began producing the world’s most successful workout video series, and they’re still the all-time best selling workout videos today. The V team consists of the top instructors in the history of TheFIRM®, including current Firm lead instructor and spokesperson Jennifer Carman. In all, 7 Alumni from TheFIRM® comprise the core of V’s training staff. At the very heart of the team is V co-founder Tracie Long, star 4 videos and widely recognized as Charleston’s leading authority on health and fitness. “We plan to offer the first functional, upscale adult fitness club in Charleston.” says Long.
