CRC Health Group Hires Call Center Pro to be Director of its National Resource Center
Twenty-year industry veteran to oversee company’s primary customer relations resource

Dale will oversee all aspects of NRC policies, objectives and initiatives as well as manage the performance of a team of NRC advisors who answer calls for most of CRC’s 150 facilities.

Dale has nearly 20 years of experience in mental healthcare. Most recently, she was Head of Operations for Aetna / Horizon Health’s call center where she was responsible for significant cost reduction initiatives and vastly improved service levels. She also has worked for CIGNA where she elevated quality scores and achieved over 90% customer satisfaction. Dale began her career in behavioral health at Hazelden treatment center.
In addition to her work experience, Dale brings to CRC an education that includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
Her first day with CRC is Monday, August 9.
