A second webinar is scheduled for Wednesday, January 21, 2004 and is entitled, “The Training Requirements of the HIPAA Security Rule”. John Parmigiani, the former National Practice Director of Regulatory and Compliance Services for CTG HealthCare Solutions, will discuss the history of the government’s training requirement and what it means to healthcare organizations.
The third webinar in the series is entitled, “Developing an Effective Security Policy for Your Organization”. Terrill Smith, a leading security consultant who has worked closely with the Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Homeland Security, will discuss how to construct an effective and realistic security policy.
