Paul Severin has been named Executive Vice President Repair & Overhaul Services. Clayton Lim is TracerÂ’s new Executive Vice President of Aftermarket Sales and Chuck Pappas is Executive Vice President of Operations.

Paul Severin is a 25 year veteran of the aerospace industry with a long history of sales and management experience with Allied Signal, Honeywell, and Goodrich wheel and brake operations. TracerÂ’s fast-growing Wheel & Brake Repair & Overhaul business unit is expanding into new and international markets and SeverinÂ’s business development leadership is key to TracerÂ’s future growth.

Chuck Pappas, TracerÂ’s Executive Vice President of Operations, has a background in managing rapid growth, customer relationship building, designing, planning and managing physical facilities. Pappas, a former US Marine, served most recently as CEO of London-based BenefitsU LLP, an international health management operation. He was also President of the Management Services Division of Health Fitness Corporation. Pappas will manage TracerÂ’s day to day operations.

TracerÂ’s Executive Vice President of Aftermarket Sales, Clayton Lim, has over 25 years aviation experience. A long-time veteran of United Airlines, Lim has a broad base of knowledge many areas including finance, purchasing, inventory management as well as sales. Lim is leading TracerÂ’s aviation aftermarket sales team.
