In 2009, Compdata Surveys is offering a new survey designed for banking and financial organizations. Now, organizations across the country can access industry-specific data from Compdata Surveys. Compensation Data Banking & Finance also features over 200 benchmark positions with an "All Other Industries" breakout to allow cross-industry comparisons.
The addition of Compensation Data Banking & Finance is one part of Compdata Surveys' shift to industry-specific results.
