The Daily Agenda, Daily Health and Daily Fitness Workbook series displays computer data, or by hand, fill-able forms that are downloaded in a choice of file formats. The author, L. M. Richard, created the workbook series. The workbooks focus on three of life's most important issues occurring daily and organizing the information into one location. All the workbooks are designed to use for a full year.

All three workbooks use the adobe. pfd file format and the Word. dot template format. The Word. dot template is a file that can be saved and used continuously. It can be used on the computer or printed and filled in by hand. The. pdf files are used with downloading the Adobe reader. The. pdf files come in two choices; one choice is downloaded and printed so it can be filled in by hand. The second choice in the. pdf file is downloaded and can be filled in using the computer and / or by hand.

The Daily Agenda Workbook covers an assortment of issues from daily meals to monthly finances. It includes lists for annual gifts for friends to keeping track of usernames and passwords for websites, all in one workbook.

The Daily Health Workbook is designed for tracking all areas of your own personal health record in the same place. The book keeps very private and confidential information for your personal reference. It covers daily journals of sleep habits, medications, food intake and exercise, along with other health incidents.

The Daily Fitness Workbook is created to assist users with a combination of most fitness programs. It features some extras, like the pre-counted calorie meals for quicker recording and a water-intake recorder. Annual logs, monthly logs and daily logs are included for tracking purposes.
