(FHG) has employed some creative ways to combat the ins and outs of the hospitality industry. “Live Free, Drive Free with FHG” is the exciting incentive program used to reward employees with perfect attendance. Hourly employees from FHG’s thirty managed hotels who have achieved perfect attendance throughout the year are invited to an elaborate awards dinner where one lucky employee, drawn out of a hat, wins their choice of free rent or mortgage for a year or the use of a new, bright red, Ford Mustang convertible (including insurance & taxes) for a full year. This year FHG offered a new option: $10,000 toward the down payment of a new home for those who do not currently have a mortgage.
