Minneapolis, MN (PRWEB) August 10, 2010

Integrated Healthcare Strategies (http://www. IHStrategies. com) (IHStrategies), a healthcare human capital consulting firm with offices in Minneapolis and Kansas City, today announced the separation of its consulting practice and benefits funding and administration practice into two distinct companies. The two firms are separately owned and operated.

IHStrategies began operations over 30 years ago designing, funding and administering benefit plans for executives in healthcare. Later, compensation consulting was added to fulfill client needs. IHStrategies continued to expand and diversify its consulting services to become one of the foremost human resources capital consulting firms in healthcare.

The separation of the consulting and benefits funding and administration businesses better positions each firm to meet the evolving landscape of the healthcare industry.

The consulting firm will continue to operate as IHStrategies. It will continue to provide executive total compensation consulting services but will no longer fund or administer benefit plans. IHStrategies will also continue to provide its full compliment of other consulting services through its four specialty practices; Executive Compensation and Governance, Physician Services, MSA HR Capital and MSA Executive Search. There will be no change to the leadership team of IHStrategies. As a part of the separation, IHStrategies is now under the ownership of Integrated Healthcare Strategies, LLC., which is comprised of management and investors.

"We are excited about this change as it provides the greatest opportunity for each firm to most effectively focus on their core competencies and distinct client needs. It aligns the talents of our consultants and advisors into specialty groups designed to respond to the way healthcare organizations do business today," said Bob Erra, President of Integrated Healthcare Strategies.

The benefits solution group has launched under the new company name Stratford Fidelity (http://www. stratfordfidelity. com) and will continue its focus on executive and physician benefits, physician integration solutions and benefit plan enrollment, and administration services for healthcare professionals. Stratford Fidelity will continue to be owned by Clark and Wamberg, LLC.

We are also pleased to announce that Bill Palmer has been named president of Stratford Fidelity. Mr. Palmer has over 37 years in the insurance industry in leadership roles. His extensive knowledge of the insurance industry and products, coupled with his consulting experience, makes him uniquely suited for this role.

"The separation of our business lines will not impact the excellent services that our firm provides to the healthcare industry and our valued clients nationwide. We strongly believe this change will allow both firms the ability to enhance our services and be even more responsive to client needs into the future", said Bill Palmer, President of Stratford Fidelity.
