InventHelp®, America’s largest inventor service company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from Arizona, has designed a light-up character device that would teach children how to brush their teeth properly. This invention is patented.
The Dr. Cavity Buster “Crusher” would encourage children to brush their teeth. The device would ensure that they brush for the recommended period of time in order to prevent cavities and maintain healthy teeth. “I have an 8-year old son who has problems brushing. I was looking for something that would encourage him to brush and would also teach him about brushing properly. I couldn’t find anything, so I decided to come up with something on my own,” said the inventor.
The invention would feature a character with a plastic head and body atop a circular base. The character’s features would include hair, eyes, a nose and a smiling mouth. On the front of the body would depict an open mouth showing all of the teeth. The base would feature a two-minute timer. When a user presses down on the character’s body or depresses the tongue, the timer would be automatically activated. As the timer passes, various portions of the teeth would light up on the character’s body to show where the user should brush and for how long.
InventHelp® is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor. For more information, telephone Dept. 07-PHO-975 at (800) 851-6030.
