This new relationship allows those Anthem members with custom benefits that cover bariatric services to receive laparoscopic adjustable banding surgery (http://www. journeylite. com) on an in-network basis at a facility which specializes in providing and supporting surgical weight loss. Under certain benefit plans, members may have lower out-of-pocket expenses at JourneyLite of Cincinnati than at a non-participating facility.
