Army Reserve Lt. Colonel to Appear on PAX Television Show "Take Charge of Your Life"
Colonel Weinstein will share how he, as a 53 year old, is running sprints like he did in high school. The show will air on Saturday, February 12, 2005 at 6:30 AM and at another time on all Florida and some of Georgia local PAX TV stations during the month of February 2005 on the Rose Lee Archer Show, hosted by Rose Lee Archer and featuring retired Lt. Colonel Bob Weinstein and Paula Goodman of the Covenant House. Thereafter, the show will air on West Palm Beach, Florida local television for one month.

Colonel Weinstein is a writer, speaker, beach boot camp instructor and personal trainer. His mission is to inspire Americans to lead healthier and happier lives by working their physical, emotional and mental "muscles."

This show is an opportunity to take this very important message to the public and save lives and prevent unnecessary suffering," said Weinstein.
Weinstein will be talking about exercise and nutrition with Rose Lee Archer.
Asked about his health journey, Weinstein responds, "Five years ago, at the age of 48, I was twenty pounds overweight, had high blood pressure and cardiovascular insufficiency as well as being under medication. I felt it and my eating habits were terrible. I started thinking about the long-term consequences of my unhealthy lifestyle. With positive changes in my eating habits and a more focused exercise program, I lost twenty pounds in three months and my energy level as a 53 year old is now higher than it was twenty years ago."
The show, "Take Charge of Your Life" will also feature Paula Goodman, PR Director of the Covenant House which offers a place to stay for homeless and runaway youth. Paula talked about the various programs offered by the Covenant House. Colonel Weinstein volunteers for the Covenant House by taking the youth through his fun and challenging beach boot camp workout once a week.
A few weeks ago Colonel Weinstein met Rose of the Rose Lee Archer Show at a meeting of the Florida Speakers Association. Rose is an amazing lady that shares his philosophy on healthy living. They have partnered to do a series on health and wellness.
