Allegis Group Services (AGS) is excited to announce they will be implementing and running a fully integrated "Total Talent" Solution with Cegedim Dendrite Americas, comprised of both MSP and RPO programs. Cegedim Dendrite, the life science industry's leading provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, has signed a three year contract extension with Allegis Group Services to continue as their Managed Service Provider (MSP) for contingent work force hires while also entrusting Allegis RPO to manage their full-time hires for the next three years.
The new RPO solution involves an enterprise-wide engagement for Cegedim Dendrite's Americas operations in the U. S., and Canada. An on-site RPO team will be managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all full-time, permanent roles which includes the sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer management and on-boarding of all candidates in addition to the assessment and implementation of recruitment best practices methodologies.
