Evantage Consulting Promotes Fred Beecher and Julie Pettit to Lead Consultants
Evantage Consulting, a leader in product and services strategy consulting, has promoted two of its consultants to the position of Lead Consultant.

Fred Beecher, previously a Senior User Experience Consultant with Evantage, has worked with Evantage clients in a wide range of industries for five years. “We’re excited to recognize Fred’s thought leadership in the use of prototyping to improve the usability and accessibility of new products and services,” said Robin Carpenter, Evantage Consulting Managing Partner.

Fred Beecher has been working in the user experience design industry for 11 years, doing research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability evaluation for a diverse array of clients like Medtronic, UnitedHealthcare, 3M, RBC Dain Rauscher, General Mills, Thomson Reuters, and the National Marrow Donor Program.
A recognized expert in rapid prototyping, Fred speaks frequently on the topic at national professional conferences and local user experience group meetings. In 2007, Fred developed the official training program for the Axure RP Pro rapid prototyping tool at the request of the makers. He has since trained additional consultants to give the courses and currently leads a broader Axure training program for Evantage.

About Julie Pettit
Julie Pettit has more than 14 years of experience in a healthcare environment including operations management, consulting, business office operations and payer services. She offers extensive experience in business and operations management and analysis, process improvement, new product development and project management. Her clients have included Medtronic, St. Jude Medical, Carol, NMDP and Coloplast.
In her career, Julie has held progressive management positions within the ambulatory, outpatient and acute care settings. In addition, Julie has served as the Director of a cardiovascular division of a major metropolitan healthcare system, with annual revenues of $96.5 million.
Julie holds a Masters of Healthcare Administration for the Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Physiology from the University of Minnesota. She is a current member of the Women’s Health Leadership Trust.
