Marquis Los Cabos Resort Asks Facebook Fans to Invent "World's Most Awesome Hotel Job"

Out-of-Work Americans, Hospitality Pros and Free Trip-Lovers Alike Compete for Not 1 but 2! Vacations In Resort's Debut Social Media Outreach Campaign

Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico (PRWEB) March 10, 2010

Coconut Keeper, Whale Spotter, Towel Fluffer - Oh My! The 237-suite beachfront Marquis Los Cabos Resort invites hospitality pros, those who've always wanted to work in a hotel and free-vacation lovers alike to put their creativity to the test by inventing the "World's Most Awesome Hotel Job" in its debut Facebook contest. Applicants can enter by creating a one-minute video describing a job they would perform at Marquis that is not only creative, but also beneficial to the resort's guests. The winner receives two complimentary 4 day/3 night trips - one to actually perform their "job" and a second to relax and celebrate their victory.

Videos will be accepted through March 31, 2010 for the "World's Most Awesome Hotel Job" contest. Fans will upload their "World's Most Awesome Hotel Job" videos to the Marquis' Facebook Page (http://www. facebook. com/MarquisLosCabos), and after Marquis Los Cabos selects five finalists, voting will go to the Marquis Facebook Page where the ultimate winner will be chosen by fans via a week-long poll. The winner will have up to two years to redeem their vacations with meals, accommodations, airfare from the US or Canada, and roundtrip airport transfers for the winner and a guest included.

The "World's Most Awesome Hotel Job" contest is the first of a series of interactive social media campaigns for the resort. For more information, please visit the Marquis Facebook Fan Page at http://www. facebook. com/MarquisLosCabos.
