Narayanaswamy Hariharan Takes on COO Mantle at Netkraft
The Netkraft-Adea Solutions merger has further consolidated its operations by giving Narayanaswamy (popularly know as ‘Swamy’) Hariharan, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the organisation, the additional mantle of Chief Operating Officer, India Operations.

The Netkraft-Adea Solutions merger has further consolidated its operations by giving Narayanaswamy (popularly know as ‘Swamy’) Hariharan, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the organisation, the additional mantle of Chief Operating Officer, India Operations. This formalises the role that Swamy has been playing in addition to his CFO responsibilities. Anand Sudarshan, President, International of the merged entity said, “Swamy brings in a rare mix of pragmatism and people orientation that augurs well for the steep growth ahead of us”.
As part of his new, augmented role, Swamy oversees finance and administration (including branch operations), commercial operations, delivery operations, HR operations, and Information Systems. “My focus will be on operational excellence and relentless execution which will take us to the next level”, said Swamy.
Swamy came on board Netkraft in 2003, armed with more than twenty years of varied experience in the banking sector, hospitality and IT industries. His achievements in the past include raising several rounds of equity, capital restructuring and merger and acquisition deals. Prior to joining Netkraft, Swamy was Vice President at ICICI OneSource, the BPO arm of the ICICI group.
