Southern California Association of Governments (Los Angeles, CA) - SCAG is the nation's largest metropolitan planning organization, representing six counties, 189 cities and more than 19 million residents. OnBase will replace an existing Docs Open implementation and be utilized to automate the Agenda process with Workflow, provide transparency with Public Constituency Web Access, and ensure consistent document retention policies for records management. Commonwealth of Kentucky (Frankfort, KY) - The Cabinet for Health and Family Services, Disability Determination Services makes disability determinations on behalf of the commissioner of Social Security for the citizens of Kentucky. OnBase will be deployed to manage personnel records, disability documents, contracts, congressional inquiries, and financial records and enable multiple staff members to simultaneously view and process work on a case. Orange County Sheriff's Office (Orlando, FL) - The Orange County Sheriff's Office is one of the largest law enforcement agencies in the southeastern United States with over 2,400 sworn and civilian employees and responsible for the safety of over one million residents and 45 million visitors each year. OnBase will replace a legacy Global 360 imaging solution, integrate with Lawson's ERP software platform, and be deployed enterprise-wide including remote users in the state attorney and probation office.
