Women to Women Announces New, "Green" Product Packaging
Highly recyclable box to replace existing plastic tub for Essential Nutrients product line
Yarmouth, ME (PRWEB) April 22, 2008
- Women to Women announced today that it will begin packing its Essential Nutrients women's nutritional supplement in a highly recyclable, environmentally friendly box. The box replaces a plastic tub and will debut on Earth Day 2008 (April 22nd).
"We stress detoxification to patients in our clinic, and it's important to recognize that extends to our environment," said Marcelle Pick, co-founder and director of the renowned clinic in Yarmouth, Maine. "We are all interconnected with the world we live in, and any time we can take steps to improve the health of the planet, it means our own lives become that much healthier too. We are very excited about this change in packaging."
The new packaging will be used with Women to Women's Essential Nutrients, the complete women's formula at the foundation of the Personal Program. Essential Nutrients (http://www. womentowomen. com/products/essentialnutrients. aspx) combines three essential formulas that work together to support both a healthy metabolism and hormonal balance especially for perimenopausal and menopausal women. Women to Women is planning to launch a new soy product in late April that will also be packaged in a new recyclable box.
"Since opening the doors at Women to Women over 21 years ago, we have known the role a healthy environment plays in maintaining a healthy body," said Pick. "We are happy to be stepping up our efforts to keep the planet green."
