Parentingsuccesstips. com Analyzes Reasons Behind Growing Multiple Birth Rates

Brooklyn, NY (PRWEB) September 2, 2005

Over the last few decades there has been a steady rise in the number of mothers giving birth to twins and triplets. www. parentingsuccesstips. com analyzes factors that are leading to the increase in the number of triples and twins being born to todayÂ’s parents.

We live in a society that highly values the birth of children and seeks methods to insure the health of babies and newborns. Billions of dollars are spent by parents for prenatal care and delivery procedures.

The growth in medical attention for pregnant women and babies has overshadowed another statistic. While the health and survival rates of women and new born babies has dramatically improved over the last century, it has brought with it an increase in the number of twins and triples being born.

One factor behind the increase of multiple births may well be the various fertility treatments being introduced. These fertility treatments have brought hope to thousands of women who seek to bear children.

One interesting side effect of these medical fertility treatments has been that they very often lead to the mother giving birth to two or more babies.

It almost seems as if heaven rewarded the effort and perseverance of these mothers.

Other theories might indicate that the reason for the increase in multiple births has more to do with the overall improved health of people.

Interesting findings have been found by www. parentingsuccesstips. com.

One finding is that the birth rate of twins has been 25% higher in Nebraska and New Jersey than the national average for the United States.

Another interesting finding is that Hawaii had a rate for twin births of 30% below the national average.

One possible conclusion might be that the tropical weather of Hawaii impedes the fertility of a woman, while the weather of states like New Jersey and Nebraska do have a positive influence on the process of conceiving.

Studies have also shown that the older the mother is, the higher her chance of having twins is. This may be due to a correlation between the age of mothers and the age based percentage of women that seek fertility treatments.

While there is plenty of debate as to why we have seen an increase in the rates of twin and multiple births, all opinions would agree that this is a positive trend that can bring hope to women seeking to be mothers.

As society continues to find ways to help people improve their heath, and develop more effective fertility treatments for women, we will be able to see a continued growth in the number of women who are having children.

Researches continue to explore this trend to see what they can learn from it. Their findings should lead to a decrease in the mortality rates of women giving birth, and an increase in the number of women that will be able to conceive and have children.

Aromatherapy: Perfumes and Fragrances Used for Homepathic Health Purposes and Curing Disease

Aromatherapy: Perfumes and Fragrances Used for Homepathic Health Purposes and Curing Disease

How complementary and alternative medicine affect someone’s mood or health.

Rome, Italy (PRWEB) December 23, 2005

Aromatherapy is the discipline on how to use volatile liquid plant materials, known as essential oils to affect someone’s mood or health. Some examples of those essential oils are the eucalyptus oil, the grapefruit oil, rosewater, etc.

Those products are used for the treatment or prevention of disease, and they are used with the alternative medicine. In some countries they are not recognised as official medicine, because they are part of the medicine branch known as alternative medicine or homeopathy.

Fragrances and essential oils are used to activate the limbic system and emotional centers of the brain. Massage oils are used to be applied to skin, killing microbes and fungi.

It is proved that fragrances can relax, increasing alpha brain waves. One the best known oils is lavender, that is recommended for treating wounds, to enhance memory and aid sleep.

Moisturizing Oils, White Musk and Rasberry Sets are some examples of successful products that are sold everyday for their benefic effects, and every person (mostly women) that tried them had good results and are giving excellent feedbacks for them.

“I started using aromatherapy when a friend of mine suggested to do so. I immediately had results, it is an alternative and proven cure and prevention for your health, and I absolutely recommend it” Angela Farrell said. She is a 69 years old woman living in New York. She started using fragrances and beauty products as an alternative cure to her age problems, and she found in this a good aid.

Aromatherapy products can be found in pharmacy and they are also sold on the Internet. Most of them don’t need prescription because they’re simple essential oils, aromatic fragrances that cure and prevent disease with their benefic effects.

Domain Media Releases Over 400 Domain Names into Auction

Leading Internet media distribution firm Domain Media, LLC announces today that it has released several hundred of its domain names into auction, including several premium names that cover geo-specific and/or category specific industry verticals.

Chandler, AZ (PRWEB) July 30, 2009

Leading Internet media distribution firm Domain Media, LLC announces today that it has released several hundred of its domain names into auction, including several premium names that cover geo-specific and/or category specific industry verticals.

In today's current marketplace, more so now than ever before, people are starting part time businesses and online businesses that can be managed from home to supplement their incomes, and existing businesses are refining their web presence. One of the most fundamental aspects of doing business online is having a memorable domain name and website that captures the essence of your company, industry, location, or product. During the past 14 plus years while domains were publicly available to register, there have been over 100 million. com, .net, and. org domain names registered - making it very difficult and a highly competitive market to find a easily recognized domain name for your business and online presence.

"We have approximately 1400 domain names in our portfolio and thought it was time to release a good portion of these domains to focus our efforts and time on specific industries and themes where we have the best market presence, knowledge and network," stated Chris Kern, Domain Media's president. "We've considered releasing these names for quite some time knowing that there are several jewels in there, however, our newly refined development strategy around a core network of domains provided the impetus for us to take this timely opportunity to place some great domain names into the marketplace."

Amongst the four hundred plus domains becoming available, in the financial services industry we have names such as BondReport. com, EquitiesReport. com, InternetSecurities. com, and FinanceNotes. com that are being released.

In the travel sector, the newly found popularity of the. US extension has become very notable in the marketplace. Names such as TravelHouston. us, TravelNewEngland. us, TravelGeorgia. us and TravelNorthCarolina. us can now be purchased at auction.

The hospitality industry is one of the leading business sectors of the Internet in terms of overall revenue generated, web pages, and notable successful companies that people recognize and regularly use. Domain Media is releasing, with some hesitation, names such as FindNYC. net, BestHotelsInEngland. com, BestHotelsInCanada. com, BestHotelsInMiami. com, DiscoverLouisianna. com, and HotelsInSanFran. com, which were never on the market before and are now available.

For the healthcare and medical industries, the Company is releasing a large portion of our portfolio, many of which are considered premium domain names. A sample of these names are: HealthPlanAdvisors. com, HealthPlanSoftware. com, HealthPlanData. com, Pharmacy-X. com, MedicalIRAAccount. com, and PureBiosciences. com.

The auctions for these domain names and over four hundred others are being managed by two of the leading domain name auction firms, Sedo and Moniker/SnapNames.

About Domain Media, LLC:

Lucky Fish Hopes for More Good Fortune in Saturday's PlayersOnlyVIP. com Million Dollar Free Roll Tournament Monthly Final

This week, PlayersOnlyVIP. com players are winning their way to Saturday's monthly final in the site's richest poker tournament ever, the Million Dollar Free Roll series. A player that came close to taking it all last month hopes to win the $75,000 first prize this weekend.

St. John's Antigua (PRWEB) February 28, 2008

This week, PlayersOnlyVIP. com players are winning their way to Saturday's monthly final in the site's richest poker tournament ever, the Million Dollar Free Roll series (www. PlayersOnlyVIP. com/1million (http://www. PlayersOnlyVIP. com/1million)). A player that came close to taking it all last month hopes to win the $75,000 first prize this weekend.

"Just get this over with" moaned one of the other players at last month's Final Table as the tournament's eventual winner was dealt a pair of Queens. The hand began a series of winning hands that won "TylerC" the monthly championship and $75,000. But PlayersOnlyVIP. com player "Swancott21", a college student from New York, didn't give it up easy and held his own until the bitter end.

"I'd win a hand," said the second place player who was happy with his $10,000 second place, "Then he'd win five hands. Then I'd win a nice pot - and he'd win the next three."

The rookie player surprised some when he went all in on a 10-7. "What can I say," he said later, "10-7 anything is my favourite hand."

"Fastest final table I've ever seen," said another player when "Swanscott21" was dealt 4h8s and forced to fold moments into the final hand.

As part of the fastest growing poker network, PlayersOnlyVIP attracts a healthy mix of new and inexperienced poker players.

"Some of the guys on the network are pretty hard core poker players. I'm just a little fish from PlayersOnlyVIP that got lucky and almost won last month," said the surprised near-winner. "I've won my way to the final table again this month but let's be realistic - let's just say if I don't get eliminated too quick I'll be happy!"

"Free roll tournaments bring out all kinds of recreational players," said David Anderson, manager of PlayersOnlyVIP. com. "All you've ever got to lose is your tournament entry fee so the pressure's off. If you win your seat in a qualifier during the week, well, then you have nothing at all to lose!"

The first place player on Sunday will walk away with $75,000 but 29 others will also win cash prizes from $100 - $10,000 for a total of $100,000 this month and every month. The ten-month series will award a total of $1,000,000.

Risk Analysis Expert To Deliver Basics Of Risk Know-How

Risk Analysis Expert To Deliver Basics Of Risk Know-How

Catherine St. Hilaire, Ph. D., will discuss the how’s and why’s of risk analysis and risk management at the June 22, 2006, meeting of the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society (RAPS) (http://www. raps. org/s_raps/index. asp). The meeting is being held at the campus of the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology (FASEB) beginning at 6:00 PM. The media are invited to attend.

Bethesda, MD (PRWEB) June 13, 2006 —

Risk analysis and management have become buzzwords—blanket terms used to describe the reengineering of government agencies responsible for public health and safety. But, as companies who must comply with new agency initiatives have learned, the devil is in the details. How should risks be identified? Are all risks alike? Can risk be reduced to simply a number? What are the best risk management options to mitigate particular risks?

Effective risk analysis and management in general — and as they relate to the Food And Drug Administration’s (FDA) latest effort to enhance good manufacturing practices (GMPs) in particular — are key if a company is to succeed. To help organizations establish risk management procedures, Catherine St. Hilaire, Ph. D., will discuss the how’s and why’s of risk analysis and risk management at the June 22, 2006, meeting of the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society (RAPS) (http://www. raps. org/s_raps/index. asp (http://www. raps. org/s_raps/index. asp)). She is a former executive with Hershey Foods, Inc., and ENVIRON, Inc. Dr. St. Hilaire will draw upon her experience as a risk analyst in the private sector to provide a road map for developing effective risk management programs in consumer product companies.

New Book Documents History of Animal Health Industry

New Book Documents History of Animal Health Industry

"The U. S. Animal Health Industry: Its Pioneers and Legacy of Innovation" documents the individuals, companies, distributors, and associations that played key roles in moving the industry from its beginnings to the present day. It contains interviews from some of these early pioneers and pictures from the past.

Kansas City, MO (PRWEB) August 31, 2009

A new book, "The U. S. Animal Health Industry: Its Pioneers and Legacy of Innovation," was unveiled at the annual Homecoming Dinner and Networking Event held in Kansas City today.

The book was developed by Brakke Consulting, Inc., and published by Advanstar Communications, Inc. The Homecoming Dinner is a special event sponsored by the Kansas City Animal Health Corridor for animal health industry executives and held in conjunction with CVC Central, a veterinary conference held annually in Kansas City.

"One of the primary reasons for publishing this book was to capture the voices of many of the principal players in the early days of the industry while they were still available to tell their stories," said Ron Brakke, president of Brakke Consulting.

In the late 19th century hog cholera wiped out 10 percent of the U. S. swine population. The fight against hog cholera was the seminal event that launched the animal health industry. The cure required unprecedented levels of scientific research and the development, regulatory approval, and delivery of innovative products. This became the foundation for today's $6 billion industry.

"The book documents the history of the individuals, companies, associations and distributors that played key roles in moving the industry from its beginnings to the present day. It includes several interviews with some of the early pioneers," Brakke said.

Book chapter titles include:
The beginning: Hogs, disease, and tough and rugged men An industry blooms: From cattle ticks to dog fleas Science that works for a living (Manufacturer histories) Medicine movers (Distributor histories), Strength in numbers Strength in numbers: The formation of key industry associations Voices of the industry: A look back and a look forward.

"The U. S. Animal Health Industry: Its Pioneers and Legacy of Innovation" is a hardcover, gift-style book. It is 144 pages long and sells for $35.00 plus shipping and handling.

Obesity Doctor Announces His New Healthy Weight Loss Group Program, The Thinderella Lifestyle Change Program

Obesity Doctor Announces His New Healthy Weight Loss Group Program, The Thinderella Lifestyle Change Program

Lifestyle Change is necessary for permanent weight loss.

(PRWEB) April 27, 2005

Striving for permanent weight loss has always been the elusive factor in the dieting arena. Numerous studies demonstrate the ability of patients to lose weight using various combinations of restrictive eating with exercise. The vast majority of patients regain their weight within two years. Patients lack an inventory of “defensive eating style” techniques. Patients fail to sound a “Red Alert” when they are at only five percent regain in body weight. They continue to “yo-yo” upward toward their original weight.

The Thinderella ™ Lifestyle Change Program (TLC) will show you how to avoid falling into this precarious situation and will eventually define what permanent weight loss is all about. The TLC Program seeks to change this “yo-yo” syndrome by initiating a novel approach to the dieters’ lifestyle. This includes the “Three R’s of Behavior Modification” plus the “Defensive Red Alert System” for permanent weight loss. In weekly group meetings, led by a professional staff of nutritionist-behaviorists, you will learn Dr. Gage’s defensive eating techniques and Red Alert System that will help you achieve your weight loss goals and maintain them for the rest of your life. The group runs for fifteen weeks.

Weekly Topics include:

Slowing Down Technique Place of Eating Technique Physical Activity in everyday lifestyle Shopping and Storing Visual Cues: Modular Food, Banking, Plate, and Utensil Size Restaurant Eating Cardinal Rules of Nutrition Cognitive Techniques Alternate Activities Assertive Techniques for Sabotage

How Dr. GageÂ’s Program Works

1) Realization Phase: This comes in two forms. Patients seeking help due to an awareness of his or her obesity or the physician/health care provider becomes aware of the patient’s obesity. Awareness is key! At this phase, patients should be given their weight and BMI. Also waist to hip measurement and further evidence of metabolic problems will be found on clinical exam and lab testing. This will include Glucose Tolerance Testing and The Berkeley Lipid Profile which will define significantly the LDL particle size. We also will have the physician do Spirometry and body mass index, electrocardiogram (EKG), and Dexa bone testing. All these will demonstrate the possible co-morbidities related to the patient’s weight. This awareness will also help “motivate” patients to stay the course. The physician or health care provider should discuss all these risk factors with the patient and how diet and exercise can reverse these co-morbidities permanently.

2) Regimentation Phase: It is here where patients will learn the lifestyle patterns that help them to lose and maintain their weight. All patients will be asked to read The Thinderella Syndrome: A Practical Guide to Individualized Permanent Weight Loss by Dr. Dennis Gage. They will also be given a Pictorial CD with techniques demonstrated throughout the groupsÂ’ program.

3) Reorientation Phase: It is here where patients are truly “put to the test”. Patients will be asked to list all techniques used for weight loss. They will learn the “Gray Zone” of weight loss as opposed to the “All or None Approach”. Critically each technique will be investigated by the patient to see if they are truly patterning and positively supporting these new techniques. “Red Alert Numbers” will be assigned. Patients will learn to understand the need for diversification of techniques as some patterns can weaken or fail with time. The “Red Alert” Recall System will be fully explained to the patient.

What is the Red Alert System?

The Red Alert System that is used for The Thinderella Lifestyle Change Program is designed to prevent patients from “yo-yo’ing” after they have gone through a weight loss and maintenance phase diet program. Generally patients have successfully lost weight and have maintained the weight for weeks to months. “The Red Alert Number” is defined as the present maintenance weight plus up to three to five percent of body weight. Weight gains of three to five percent are in the “buffer zone”. The Buffer Zone is critical for the weight loss patient less he or she continually sabotage themselves with even a slight weight gain. However if patients hit the “Red Alert Number”, they are required to contact their health professional. A recorded message about the Red Alert will give you instructions in leaving a message for the physician. Patients can also email the physician with their information.

State-Of-The-Art Weight Control

Dr. GageÂ’s TLC Program has distinguished itself by its unique and scientific approach to weight control. How does the program differ from any other weight control program?

Dr. Gage emphasizes the “quality” of weight loss as opposed to mere quantity. The weight loss phase is designed to permit you to lose body fat rapidly while preserving lean tissue (muscle). The program is individualized. Dr. Gage does not provide the same diet for everyone. Dr. Gage’s Motivator diet simplifies the weight loss process and assures proper nutrition by providing high quality protein, carbohydrates, dietary fiber and 100% of the RDA of vitamins and minerals. The TLC Program is conducted under strict medical supervision. During your weekly visit to Dr. Gage, your progress will be carefully monitored by a professional staff of physicians and nutritionist-behaviorists. The Maintenance Phase (Week 15) is the most important phase of the program. Without initiating the Defensive Eating Techniques and The Red Alert System, the majority of patients regain weight. The Red Alert Recall System designed by Dr. Gage prevents patients from “yo-yo’ing”. All patients are given a “Red Alert Number” assignment pad and have a “Red Alert Number”. There is a physical recall of patients every one, three, or six months depending on the needs of each patient. Patients will re-establish the techniques that have worked for them in the past and will restart UltraMeal formula and behavior mod records if they have stopped doing so. In Week 2 patients are started on “Motivators”. Dr. Gage defines “Motivators” as a methodology of using “Water Wings” for weight loss. Patients need to get away from the junk food and go into a diet regimen to break the cycle. Patients are started on “Motivators” such as UltraMeal formula, burn bars, or modular foods such as Healthy Choice or Weight Watcher’s frozen dinner meals. Medications or a combination of the two may eventually be needed. Patients are actively participating in the Program. Dr. Gage shows demonstrations of slowing down techniques, pictorial CD of normal and maladaptive eating techniques, the group of patients physically go walking while wearing pedometers for ten to fifteen minutes, patients eat out at a restaurant and choose healthy foods, and patients go to a food store and learn shopping techniques.

Life is good® To Host Free Feel-Good Festival on Boston Common on June 20, 2009

On a mission to spread good vibes from coast to coast, The Life is good Company will once again take over the Boston Common on June 20, 2009, with a free-day-long family festival. From great music to good food - and all for a good cause - the Life is good festival is the place to be for all optimists…and those who want to be.

Boston, MA (PRWEB) April 10, 2009

On a mission to spread good vibes from coast to coast, The Life is good Company will once again take over the Boston Common on June 20, 2009, with a free-day-long family festival. From great music to good food - and all for a good cause - the Life is good festival is the place to be for all optimists…and those who want to be.

Life is good®, a Boston-based company that spreads good vibes through its colorful collection of apparel and accessories, has attracted more than 375,000 people and raised over $3 million for children in need through its nationally-known festivals. The free, outdoor celebrations feature great live music, classic backyard food, and a colorful mix of good-time games and activities for all ages. From seed spitting and Double Dutch to soccer kicks, tug-o'-wars and football flings, the Life is good Festival on the Boston Common is an invitation to free family fun and healthy play.

Funds raised through donations onsite and all profits from the sale of Life is good merchandise at the event will be directed by the Life is good Kids Foundation to Project Joy, a nationally-recognized non-profit organization whose mission is to use the healing power of play to transform children impacted by violence, poverty and loss into healthy players in the game of life. First established in Boston, Project Joy has expanded nationally, working with organizations on the Gulf Coast helping children affected by Hurricane Katrina as well as organizations throughout New England and as far away as Hawaii.

"We love bringing the Life is good Festival to Boston Common each year and bringing the community together for an old-fashioned day of outdoor fun in the sun. The upbeat, old-time festival feel reminds us - especially in these challenging times - that we all have much to be grateful for and much to celebrate," said Bert Jacobs, Life is good co-founder and chief executive optimist. "There are serious intentions behind all the fun too; more than ever kids are hurting in our city and need our help, and I know that the community of Boston will respond with a generous spirit."

In 2009, Life is good will expand its unique brand of playful optimism to an even wider audience than ever before, with four free, family-friendly festivals in major markets, including San Francisco, Toronto and St. Louis, in addition to the Boston festival. Each festival will feature top-notch musical acts and outdoor fun for all ages.

"Joining hands with Life is good offers us an incredible opportunity to educate people on the power of play," said Steven Gross, executive director for Project Joy. "Many of us take play for granted. Yet it has amazing powers to help children who have suffered from or witnessed trauma in their lives. With the support of Life is good and all who attend one of these festivals, Project Joy can help children who need it most to once again embrace their playful natures and reach their full potentials."

The Life is good Festival on Boston Common will feature top live entertainment, including music from The Blind Boys of Alabama, Brett Dennen and family-favorite SteveSongs.

The Blind Boys of Alabama
The legendary Blind Boys of Alabama combine musical passion and talent like very few others. Since coming together in 1939 at Alabama's Talladega Institute for the Blind, The Blind Boys of Alabama have sung a fervent blend of traditional and contemporary Gospel music. Winner of five Grammy Awards and recipient of the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2009, The Blind Boys' audience now reflects the group's eclectic, global following, while their repertoire has expanded to embrace secular songs with a strongly spiritual message. The Blind Boys have also performed and recorded with the likes of Bonnie Raitt, Randy Travis, Peter Gabriel, Solomon Burke, Lou Reed, Tom Petty, John Fogarty and Ben Harper.

Brett Dennen
Rolling Stone named Brett one of its "Top Ten Artists to Watch" last year, and his 2009 success supports the prediction. He will soon complete a 54-city tour -- happily supported by Life is good in appreciation for Dennen's support for the Life is good Kids Foundation - as he rides the success of his latest CD Hope for the Hopeless. He will arrive at the Life is good Festival in Boston fresh off a UK tour with The Fray and a performance at Bonnaroo. His rich voice, gifted songwriting and commitment to positive social change make him a not-to-be-missed performer.

SteveSongs
Family-favorite SteveSongs is the winner of numerous prestigious awards, including two Parents' Choice Gold Awards, an iParenting Media Award, and a Children's Music Web Award. Founder Steve Roslonek can be seen daily on the PBS Kids preschool destination - the two-hour morning television block and online destination at pbskids. org - as the new music teacher, "Mr. Steve." Steve's live shows rock with guitars, vocal-bass and drums, along with the Sensational Sillies on background vocals. Kids dance, sing and rarely sit still at a SteveSongs concert, leaving parents no choice but to join the fun.

In addition to great tunes, The Boston Common will become a destination for the entire family, featuring dozens of classic backyard games and activities, divided into several "villages:"
Jaketown features familiar games aplenty, including football, lacrosse, speed pitch, soccer kick, Frisbee toss, basketball, tug-o'-war, volleyball, and much more.  Chillville is the perfect cool-down spot between physical activities, showcasing arts and crafts, face painting, and an entertaining kids' stage.  The Joy Zone features cooperative kids' games hosted by Project Joy, including its amazing multi-colored 50-foot parachute.

The 2009 Life is good Festival on Boston Common is sponsored by Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Citizens Bank, Clif Bar & Company, Dick's Sporting Goods, Pepperidge Farm, SAP, Sweet Leaf Tea, UPS, Verizon Wireless, Mike FM and The Improper Bostonian.

NetSuccess, Inc. Makes Strategic National Expansion Move -- Dallas Web Development Firm Enters East Coast Marketplace With NYC Presence

NetSuccess, Inc. Makes Strategic National Expansion Move -- Dallas Web Development Firm Enters East Coast Marketplace With NYC Presence

NetSuccess, Inc., one of the fastest-growing Web development companies in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, announces their East Coast marketplace debut with the opening of their NYC presence.

Dallas, TX (PRWEB) March 26, 2004

NetSuccess, Inc., one of the fastest-growing Web development companies in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, announces their East Coast marketplace debut with the opening of their NYC presence. The NetSuccess expansion brings a much needed mid-range alternative to medium to large-sized companies in the area, as well as enhanced local service to their existing East Coast–based clients.

The Eastern region, and particularly the New York Tri-State area, is leading the countryÂ’s economic upswing, especially in NYÂ’s key industrial areas: financial services and pharmaceutical life sciences. NetSuccess will continue their tradition of meeting the specialized Web development and technology needs of firms that must use cutting-edge applications to meet their objectives.

This is the first expansion for NetSuccess and an integral aspect of their overall growth strategy that included the recruitment of competitor MasterLink GroupÂ’s Eric Williamson as vice-president of sales and the recent acquisitions of Anthem Solutions and NetGrowth. To solidify their position in the new regional market, NetSuccess will focus on addressing the areaÂ’s customersÂ’ needs and aligning service offerings with critical business deployments. The mission of their new office is to provide clients with the same quality and personal customer service that have earned the company a Top 10 Web Development Firm ranking in the Dallas Business Journal.

"NetSuccess provides exceptional Web design, application development, systems integration, hosting, marketing and maintenance solutions to companies worldwide. Expanding our presence to the East Coast will allow us to better serve our existing clients, like the World Golf Foundation, United States Golf Association, PGA Tour, SPX Corporation, Edgen Corporation, Color Tyme, and several prominent medical facilities and law firms. Our research shows a lack of mid-range full-service Web development companies in the East Coast region. Our expansion will close the gap between the high concentration of large advertising agencies with interactive solutions divisions and small one-man operations in the area," states Lori Barber-Thomas, president of NetSuccess, Inc.

NetSuccess creates and executes Web design and marketing programs for a variety of industries including medical, high-tech, real estate, healthcare, non-profit organizations, financial, media, education and hospitality. The company specializes in application and portal development, Internet and network infrastructure implementation, identity and access management, security, and other Web-based technology. The companyÂ’s future plans to penetrate the national market include expansion to Fort Worth, Texas, and South Florida.

The Executive Program employs faculty from all over the United States who have real private practice experience, as well as solid educational backgrounds. Students not only learn from exceptional faculty, but also build long lasting professional partnerships among each other during the program.

"In today's ever changing healthcare environment with declining reimbursement we found our practice after 9 years on the edge of disaster. Referrals had declined, we were locked into two low paying contracts and our office morale was at an all time low,” explains Bob Bacci, PT, owner of Bacci and Glinn Physical Therapy, and Evidence In Motion Executive Program Graduate. “ Using the tools and techniques learned in the EPPM Executive Program has allowed us to essentially restructure our business; we have eliminated our low paying contracts, our marketing efforts have increased our referrals, our net revenues and profits have increased. We are back to numbers of visits we have not seen for some time. Our staff now takes an active role in providing input and direction of our practice and as active participants morale in the clinic has dramatically changed. Our business is back on the right track and growing again."

The program is also affordable and flexible for busy practice owners and managers because it employs a hybrid model of online education and on-site intensives, which demonstrates a best-in-education approach. This is the exact approach that Evidence In Motion founders envisioned and have successfully used to graduate over 55 physical therapists in its APTA credentialed Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency and Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship Programs.

MessageSolution Exhibits Cloud-Based Integrated Archiving Solution for Email, File Systems and SharePoint at SaaSCon 2010, Kicks off MessageSolution SaaS Tour 2010

MessageSolution Exhibits Cloud-Based Integrated Archiving Solution for Email, File Systems and SharePoint at SaaSCon 2010, Kicks off MessageSolution SaaS Tour 2010

As the global technology leader in the live archiving space, MessageSolution is the first SaaS and on-premise archiving provider in the market to archive and stub for all top-ranked email server platforms, including Exchange, Domino, GroupWise, file systems and SharePoint, delivering compliance archiving for all Unix/Linux-based email servers, and file servers for NTFS/NFS/NSS/Netware.

Silicon Valley, CA (PRWEB) April 7, 2010

MessageSolution, Inc., the global technology leader in live archiving (http://www. messagesolution. com) for email, file systems (http://www. messagesolution. com/File%20Archive. htm), SharePoint, on-premise and Software as a Service (SaaS) in electronic discovery (http://www. messagesolution. com), litigation support, compliance, storage management, and email server migrations, announced the kick off of the MessageSolution SaaS Tour 2010 at the SaaSCon 2010 Expo, exhibiting its first in the market, all-in-one, integrated cloud-based enterprise information archiving (EIA) solution for email, file systems and SharePoint.

As the leading innovator in the live archiving space, MessageSolution (http://www. messagesolution. com) is the first SaaS and on-premise archiving solution provider in the market to archive and stub for all top-ranked email server platforms, including Exchange, Domino, GroupWise, file systems and SharePoint, delivering compliance archiving for all Unix/Linux-based email servers, and file servers for NTFS/NFS/NSS/Netware. MessageSolution Enterprise Migration System helps organizations to migrate between email servers, such as GroupWise or Domino to Exchange bi-directional, and SharePoint or BPOS migration (http://www. messagesolution. com/Migration_with_MS. htm) from multiple source systems. MessageSolution is first in the market to perform simultaneous mail server migration, archiving and stubbing all in one streamlined process, to meet clients' requirements of email server migration and archiving for compliance, server storage management, e-discovery and litigation support.

"MessageSolution SaaS tour is to showcase our unified SaaS archiving (http://www. messagesolution. com/SaaS_Cloud_Archiving_title. htm) solution for email, file systems, and SharePoint. Partners, SME and enterprise customers choose MessageSolution SaaS archiving services and solutions because of the additional functions we have integrated that were only being offered in on-premise solutions, function such as stub attachments or email contents to reduce up to 90% of email server storage requirement (http://www. messagesolution. com/File%20Archive. htm) and still allows users to transparently access emails and attchments from Outlook, OWA, Lotus Notes, DWA, and GroupWise client software." said Jeff Liang, CTO at MessageSolution, Inc.
MessageSolution's SaaS Tour 2010 is designed to introduce to various prospective SaaS partners and customers how MessageSolution's cloud-based archiving allows enterprise customers to take advantage of MessageSolution's newly released all-in-one SaaS archiving solutions at affordable rates. Even the international organizations with multiple locations in different countries still are able to take advantage of MessageSolution's SaaS Global Network's cloud-driven archives in numerous geographical locations, managed by MessageSolution or its international SaaS Partners around the world.

Leading analyst Gartner reported in February of 2010 that the archiving market has evolved to include a broader focus on enterprise information archiving (EIA) and that today's products are predominately focused on the subset of EIA comprised of unstructured user files, email, files and SharePoint.

"MessageSolution leads the SaaS archiving market and was the first to offer unified archiving services of all platforms of EIA, email, files, and SharePoint." Liang continued. "This is for organizations that choose to quickly start affordable archiving without too much hardware investment upfront, and as their business grows they have the option to move archiving in-house with our on-premise solution or continue with our SaaS archiving services".

MessageSolution SaaS multi-tenancy archiving solution is selected by OEM SaaS Partners (http://www. messagesolution. com/Hosting_Firms. htm) around the world because of MessageSolution's design philosophy of architecting for scale and its patent-pending storage and database technology, leveraging low-cost storage grids to maintain the lowest-cost growth possible to operate while still delivering exceptional performance. Today MessageSolution holds the industry scalability record of archiving data from tens of thousands of users on one single archive server, 5-8 times over competitors. MessageSolution also delivered the first 64 bit application in the market to support 64 bit machines.

Field-proven in markets filled with low-grade computers and storage bricks, such as Africa and Asia, and through cost-effective global implementations performed online, MessageSolution's design philosophy allows MessageSolution cloud-based archiving systems to consume minimum hardware and storage resources for large-scale millions of user bases and long-term archiving operations at a fraction of the cost required to run competitors' SaaS or hosted services. This allows MessageSolution to offer the lowest cost SaaS multi-tenancy solution to be deployed in global partners' data centers to maximize partners' service profitability at the lowest cost-growth ratio, thereby fully utilizing partners' expertise in providing fully managed archiving services designed for organizations of all sizes. The cloud-based archiving services managed by MessageSolution are also cost-effective.

MessageSolution's multi-tenancy solution is also a favorite choice of organizations such as public school districts or government entities with multiple subordinate divisions. School districts' dozens of schools require multiple separate archive tenants divided accordingly, while the central archive is collectively managed by the school district's master IT administration team at the district's data center.

MessageSolution's SaaS, Hybrid and On - Premise archiving supports all major email servers, including Microsoft Exchange Server, IBM Lotus Domino Server, Novell Groupwise Server Scalix, Kerio, Postfix, Postpath, Zimbra, Imail, Qmail, Sendmail, MDaemon and Sun server, etc., as well as delivering archiving for SharePoint, and for file systems on NST/NFS/NSS/Netware. MessageSolution Enterprise Archive Suite can be run on both Windows or Linux OS, supports VMware, and also is the first archiving solution and service in the market to simultaneously cross-support archiving for all compatible mail servers.

MessageSolution will be exhibiting among selected business partners in the heart of Silicon Valley at the SaaSCon Expo in Santa Clara, at booth #113 from April 6-7, 2010. The MessageSolution SaaS Tour 2010 will continue throughout the U. S., making stops at numerous archiving, storage and Cloud computing events, such as Interop 2010, HostingCon 2010, etc.

What Differentiates MessageSolution Products
On-premise and SaaS customers continually emphasize MessageSolution products' excellent overall performance, support of all major email servers, and ease of use combined with a rich feature set. MessageSolution provides sub-second data retrieval, an intuitive interface, and ease of deployment and maintenance. MessageSolution's intelligent back-end design significantly reduces installation requirements, backup time, and the need for technical support.

MessageSolution Enterprise Email Archive™ deftly manages petabytes of data daily, a powerful enterprise archiving solution. Electronic discovery and litigation support are empowered by the archive's built-in search engine, which searches through millions of emails within seconds across global locations and data centers. Users can access their archive through their email client, browser, or BlackBerry.

In the first quarter of 2009, MessageSolution became the first archiving vendor in the market to deliver a true 64-bit application that runs on a 64-bit OS machine.

MessageSolution delivers the industry's highest enterprise-class scalability and holds the industry record of archiving tens of thousands of users on one single MessageSolution archive server, 5-8 times over competitions. Competitive vendors archive on average 3,000-5,000 users on a single archive server, much less than MessageSolution archiving system's scalability and flexibility. A high in-process compression rate combined with Single Instance Storage (SIS) de-duplication of message, attachment and file archiving slows archive storage growth.

MessageSolution Enterprise Archive Suite™ further reduces organizations' storage costs by using only 25% of the original mail server storage space for live content archiving. MessageSolution's products support all Latin-based languages, as well as all character-based languages, such as Japanese and Chinese.

Allsup Explains Importance of Work History for your Social Security Disability Benefits

Allsup Explains Importance of Work History for your Social Security Disability Benefits

As SSDI applications grow, claimants can benefit from understanding the role of their past employment

Belleville, IL (Vocus) August 26, 2009

Work history plays an important part in your application for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) benefits, according to Allsup, a nationwide provider of Social Security disability representation and Medicare services.

"You might feel that your injury, disease or condition is obvious enough to make you eligible for disability benefits, but the type and amount of work you've done throughout your career is another major factor in the disability benefits you may receive," said Mike Stein, assistant vice president of claims at Allsup.

The Social Security Administration recently reported that more than 3.3 million people are expected to file for disability benefits in fiscal year 2010, resulting in a 27 percent increase over fiscal year 2008.

"More people are applying for disability benefits, and there's a strong likelihood that people don't understand how their work history factors into this process," said Mr. Stein. The SSA follows a five-step sequential process to evaluate applications for disability benefits, and examiners make decisions based on medical documentation, age and work history, among other factors.

SSDI is a federally mandated insurance program overseen by the Social Security Administration (SSA) that operates separately from the retirement and SSI programs. SSDI provides monthly benefits to individuals who are under full retirement age (age 65 or older) and who can no longer work because of a disability (injury, illness or condition) that is expected to last for at least 12 months or is terminal. Individuals must have paid FICA taxes to be eligible. More details are provided in the SSDI Overview on Allsup. com.

Disability Benefits and Four Keys of Work History
To help individuals understand the importance of their work history, Allsup outlines the following four key components that someone's work experience plays in their disability application.

1. Work history indicates if you are currently insured. As a taxpaying worker, you have been contributing to the federal Social Security Disability Insurance program through your payroll (FICA) taxes. "You can look at this like paying your auto insurance premiums," said Mr. Stein. "A portion of every paycheck goes to the Social Security Administration's retirement and disability program through those taxes."

One of the basic qualifications when applying for SSDI benefits is that you must be currently insured, which means that you have recently paid into the disability insurance program. Specifically, you must have paid for 20 quarters in the past 10 years to qualify. You can "buy a quarter" by earning a certain amount during a specific calendar year. For example, if you earned $1,090 in 2009, you bought a quarter. If you earned, $1,050 in 2008, you bought a quarter. You can earn up to four quarters in one year. In the past 10 years, you must have purchased at least 20 quarters or more to qualify for SSDI benefits. Individuals disabled before age 31 have lesser requirements.

2. Work history indicates if you are fully insured. This is a second qualifier that you must meet in order to be considered for SSDI benefits. There are two ways to determine if you are fully insured. The first method is to determine if you have 40 quarters of coverage. (Note: You can earn up to four quarters each year.) Having 40 quarters of coverage means you are fully insured. A second method is to have six quarters of coverage, plus one quarter of coverage for each year after the year you reach age 21. To help illustrate, someone who is 27 years old likely only needs 12 quarters of coverage to be fully insured.

3. Work history is used by the SSA to determine whether you are disabled. A decision about your disability claims is not solely based on your medical condition. At steps along the way in the SSDI process, federal examiners look at your ability to perform work that you have done in the past as well as your ability to perform any work. In particular, your employment experiences during the past 15 years are the most relevant to the evaluation of your SSDI claim. (Read more about general disability guidelines on Allsup. com.)

4. Work history also is used by the SSA to determine your amount of benefits. Your employer is required to send the SSA a copy of your W-2 form each year to show the amount of Social Security taxes paid. The SSA tracks your earnings and taxes paid, and when or if the time comes, this information is used to determine your SSDI benefits and retirement benefits. (Read more about understanding your Social Security statement on Allsup. com.)

If you're not certain you are eligible for SSDI based on your work history, you may contact the Disability Evaluation Center at (800) 279-4357 for a free evaluation. An Allsup professional can help you determine if your past work experiences, earnings and current medical conditions may qualify you for SSDI benefits.
